Method
- Take any low sugar brand of nut-based muesli to serve as a base. Take care to choose a product that isn’t packed with added sugar!
- Many fruit based mueslis are packed with dried fruit which are a concentrated form of sugar. So opt for nut-based muesli then use fresh fruit to add the sweetness.
- Add the marvellous ingredients or alternatively your choice of nuts and seeds.
- Add the skimmed or plant based milk (oat milk works well with this).
- Drizzle with a teaspoon of honey.
